Lynne Ashe (Aunt Vulva-Theodora) is beginning to develop a paranoid complex regarding the assessment of her personal character, as she seems to be cast primarily as old bitchy women with quirky dysfunctional personalities. Previously with Process Theatre, she played the agoraphobic Big Mother in Marki Shalloe's Four Glasses. Other Atlanta credits include Theatre Gael (Mag in The Beauty Queen of Leenane, Maryjohnny in A Skull in Connemara, Bessie in The Plough and the Stars), Aurora Theatre (Edith in Moon Over Buffalo), and Art Within (Heaven on Earth). After grad school at Wake Forest University, Lynne moved to Seattle where she originated the role of another demented psychopath, Demea in the Seattle Playwrights Festival. By day, she plays a mild-mannered massage therapist and jewelry artisan. |
